Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in various healthcare settings.

Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, and wound care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide care in settings such as home care, assisted living facilities, ER, and ophthalmology clinics

Requirements:
- Valid RN license and CPR certification
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and ICD-10 coding
- Experience in areas such as catheterization, tube feeding, vital signs monitoring, and CT scans
- Knowledge of geriatric care, home care, assisted living facilities, and emergency room protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in ophthalmology nursing
- Familiarity with coding practices in healthcare settings

Pay: $31.11 - $50.00 per hour
